Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario. The continued efforts of our R&D have enabled us to achieve power ratings considerably higher than most of the belts with the same construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, thus offering distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and increased power of safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. They are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be used due to smaller heights.
