Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, achieving significantly higher power ratings than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The carefully selected ingredients in the compound are tailored to meet the required power ratings, providing increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are offered for specific applications. Primarily utilized as replacements for industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for specialized applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers are used, thanks to their smaller heights.
