Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, exhibiting power ratings considerably higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The selected ingredients in the compound are tailored to meet the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. The primary application for these belts is as replacements on industrial drives, while classical belts are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives, making them advantageous for use with reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
