Pix-X'Set®-XS are innovative V-belts designed for the power transmission market, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to similar belts on the market due to advanced R&D efforts. The belts are crafted from selectively chosen compounds that enhance both power ratings and safety for critical drives. Key attributes include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified Fire Resistant Anti-Static (FRAS) belts are available. These V-belts are primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives, and they are particularly effective in specific applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios involving reverse idlers, which benefit from their reduced height.
