Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring a robust construction that offers power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts currently available. The carefully selected ingredients in the compound are tailored to meet specific power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts can be provided for applications requiring compliance with specific safety standards. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, particularly beneficial in setups where reverse idlers are necessary due to their lower height profile.
