Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, with power ratings considerably higher than most belts of the same construction available in the market due to the selective choice of ingredients in the compound. These belts offer distinct advantages, including increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily used as replacements in industrial drives, the classical belts are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and situations where reverse idlers must be employed due to their smaller heights.
