Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring enhanced power ratings that surpass most similar constructions available in the market. The compounds used in their manufacturing are specifically selected to meet the required power ratings, providing notable benefits such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts boast several key attributes, including oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specialized applications. Primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly recommended for unique applications such as V-flat drives, and they offer advantages in situations where reverse idlers are employed due to their smaller heights.
