Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, with advanced R&D efforts resulting in power ratings significantly higher than most similar construction belts available in the market. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to meet specific power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as enhanced power ratings and increased safety on critical drives. These belts feature oil resistance, antistatic properties, and can achieve a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with an operational temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available to meet safety standards. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications like V-flat drives, and are beneficial when reverse idlers are required due to their smaller heights.
