Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring considerably higher power ratings than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can operate at a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and the classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Their smaller heights make them advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be used.
