Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, showcasing advanced engineering that allows for significantly higher power ratings compared to similar belts on the market. These belts are crafted from specially selected compounds that enhance their performance and safety in critical drives. They feature oil resistance, antistatic properties, and can operate at a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available to meet specific safety requirements. Primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also suitable for special applications such as V-flat drives and are particularly advantageous in setups with reverse idlers due to their reduced height, ensuring efficient operation in diverse environments.
