Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, showcasing significantly higher power ratings than most belts of similar construction in the market due to advanced R&D efforts. The compound used is specially formulated to meet required power ratings, providing increased safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can operate at a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly effective in special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are beneficial when reverse idlers are required due to their smaller heights.
