Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance and antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be employed due to smaller heights.
