Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, showcasing a significant advancement in power ratings compared to similar belts on the market. The carefully selected ingredients in the compound ensure optimal performance, resulting in increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, enhancing their versatility. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, they are particularly advantageous in scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height requirements.
