Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring a unique design that allows for power ratings significantly higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The compounds used in these belts are specifically selected to meet required power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of maximum linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec. They operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specialized applications. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications like V-flat drives. Additionally, their smaller heights make them advantageous in scenarios requiring reverse idlers.
