Pix-X'Set®-XS are innovative V-belts designed for power transmission, boasting significantly higher power ratings than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The belts are made from a specially formulated compound that enhances both power ratings and safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for applications requiring these specifications. Primarily, Pix-X'Set®-XS belts serve as replacements for industrial drives and are recommended for specialized applications such as V-flat drives and situations involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
