Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings than comparable belts due to advanced research and development. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to meet the required power ratings, providing advantages such as increased safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives and are recommended for special applications, including V-flat drives and scenarios where reverse idlers are utilized, thanks to their smaller height.
