Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts introduced to the power transmission market, boasting power ratings significantly higher than most competing belts with similar construction. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to achieve these enhanced power ratings, providing distinct benefits in terms of increased safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of reaching a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available to meet specific requirements. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and environments where reverse idlers must be utilized due to their smaller heights.
