Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, featuring power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction. The materials in the compound are specifically selected to achieve these enhanced power ratings, providing advantages in power safety for critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, suitable for maximum belt linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec, and can operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for environments requiring such compliance. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives, and are particularly effective in classical applications, including V-flat drives and scenarios utilizing reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
