Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to other belts of similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet the necessary power ratings, providing enhanced power ratings and safety in critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. They are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are especially beneficial in situations requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
