Pix-X'Set®-XS are innovative V-belts designed for advanced power transmission needs, boasting power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts on the market. The compounds used in their construction are specifically selected to meet stringent power rating requirements, leading to enhanced performance and safety in critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specialized applications. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements in industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for specific scenarios such as V-flat drives. Their design offers advantages in situations where reverse idlers are required, as they feature reduced heights to accommodate such configurations.
