Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission sector, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to most existing belts of similar construction. The components in the compound are carefully selected to meet the required power ratings, providing enhanced performance and safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and the availability of ATEX certified FRAS belts. These V-belts are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly beneficial in specific applications such as V-flat drives, as well as in situations requiring reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
