Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, boasting power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in situations requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
