Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, boasting power ratings significantly higher than most competing belts of similar construction. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet specific power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts feature oil resistance, antistatic properties, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for applications requiring additional safety compliance. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly beneficial in special applications such as V-flat drives and in situations where reverse idlers must be employed due to their smaller heights.
