Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring a robust design that provides power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The composition of the compound is carefully selected to meet specific power ratings, offering advantages in both elevated power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making this product suitable for diverse industrial applications, particularly as replacements on industrial drives. The classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are particularly beneficial where reverse idlers are utilized due to their smaller height.
