Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, offering power ratings significantly higher than most belts of the same construction available in the market. The compounds used are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, resulting in distinct advantages such as enhanced power ratings and improved safety on critical drives. The V-belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and classical belts are recommended for special applications, including V-flat drives. They are particularly beneficial when reverse idlers are utilized due to their smaller heights.
