Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring enhanced power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in increased power ratings and improved safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, the classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous for use with reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
