Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, achieving significantly higher power ratings than most competing belts of similar construction. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to ensure optimal power ratings, resulting in enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can operate at a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. Primarily, the Pix-X'Set®-XS belts serve as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for specialized applications such as V-flat drives and situations involving reverse idlers, where their smaller height proves advantageous.
