Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings than most belts of similar construction currently available. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements on industrial drives, and they are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, making them particularly beneficial in scenarios using reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
