Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring enhanced power ratings that surpass those of most belts with similar construction in the market due to advanced research and development efforts. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to align with the required power ratings, providing significant advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec while operating within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and situations necessitating reverse idlers due to their lower heights.
