Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, showcasing advanced engineering that results in power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts on the market. The belt compound ingredients are strategically selected to meet specific power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C, and the availability of ATEX certified FRAS belts. These belts are primarily used as replacements for industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their reduced heights.
