Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring a design that achieves power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can operate at a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily, they are used as replacements on industrial drives, while classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are beneficial where reverse idlers need to be used due to their smaller heights.
