Pix-X'Set®-XS are advanced V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to standard belts with similar construction. The R&D efforts focus on using selectively chosen ingredients in the compound to achieve these enhanced power ratings, providing advantages such as improved safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. They operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements in industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications like V-flat drives. Additionally, the design is beneficial for scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
