Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, delivering power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. They are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and the classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Furthermore, these belts are advantageous where reverse idlers need to be used due to their smaller heights.
