Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, showcasing power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction on the market. The materials used in the compound are meticulously selected to meet the necessary power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of enhanced power ratings and increased safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of achieving a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature operating range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily designed as replacements for industrial drives, the classical belts are suitable for specialized applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in scenarios that require reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
