Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, achieving power ratings significantly higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match these power ratings, providing distinct advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. The belts are oil-resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements for industrial drives and are especially recommended for specific applications such as V-flat drives and situations requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
