Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, offering power ratings significantly higher than similar construction belts available in the market. The compounds used are carefully selected to meet specific power ratings, resulting in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements for industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, their design is advantageous for scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their reduced heights.
