Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission scenario, developed through extensive R&D efforts that have enabled power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. These belts incorporate selectively chosen compound ingredients to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. The Pix-X'Set®-XS is primarily used as a replacement on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications like V-flat drives, and are particularly beneficial where reverse idlers are required due to their smaller height dimensions.
