Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring exceptional power ratings significantly surpassing most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compounds used in their manufacture are specifically chosen to match these power ratings, providing advantages in increased power and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for a variety of industrial applications. They are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly advantageous in special applications such as V-flat drives and in cases where reverse idlers must be used due to their reduced height.
