Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring a design that allows for power ratings significantly higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The compounds used in their manufacture are selectively chosen to meet required power ratings, providing advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. They also offer benefits when reverse idlers are utilized, due to their smaller heights.
