Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to similar belts on the market due to advanced research and development efforts. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are suitable for special applications, such as V-flat drives, and are advantageous for reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
