Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, showcasing significantly higher power ratings compared to other belts of similar construction available on the market. The compounds used in their manufacture are carefully selected to meet these power ratings, providing notable advantages in terms of safety on critical drives. Key features of the Pix-X'Set®-XS include resistance to oil, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are particularly suitable for special applications such as V-flat drives and situations involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
