Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, boasting significantly higher power ratings compared to other belts of similar construction available in the market. The materials used in their compound are specifically selected to achieve these enhanced power ratings, providing advantages such as increased safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for environments requiring enhanced safety. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives, making them suitable for scenarios where reverse idlers are employed due to their smaller heights.
