Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, demonstrating significantly higher power ratings compared to most belts of similar construction on the market, thanks to ongoing R&D efforts. The compound ingredients are meticulously selected to achieve the required power ratings, offering benefits such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with an operational temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for various applications, primarily as replacements on industrial drives. The classical belts are particularly recommended for specialized applications like V-flat drives, and they provide advantages in setups with reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
