Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring enhanced power ratings significantly surpassing those of similar construction belts available in the market. The compound ingredients are specifically selected to achieve the necessary power ratings, providing benefits such as increased safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily, they serve as replacements on industrial drives, and are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives. The design also allows for advantages in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller height attributes.
