Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, designed with advanced R&D efforts that have enabled them to achieve power ratings considerably higher than most belts with similar construction currently available. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing enhanced power ratings and increased safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. They are particularly advantageous in situations where reverse idlers are used due to their smaller heights.
