Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring advancements from our R&D that have achieved power ratings significantly higher than comparable belts on the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet required power ratings, providing distinct advantages like increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can operate at a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, as well as in scenarios where reverse idlers are needed due to smaller height requirements.
