Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, with research and development efforts yielding power ratings considerably higher than most belts of the same construction available in the market. These belts are crafted from selectively chosen compounds that align with the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The features of these belts include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily designed for use as replacements on industrial drives, the classical belts are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are particularly beneficial when reverse idlers need to be utilized due to their smaller heights.
