Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring significant advancements through ongoing research and development that have resulted in power ratings considerably higher than most comparable belts on the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to optimize power ratings, providing distinct advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key attributes of these belts include oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily designed for use as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and are beneficial in scenarios where reverse idlers are required due to their smaller heights.
