Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings significantly higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making these belts suitable for various industrial applications. They are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives and scenarios where reverse idlers are necessary due to their smaller heights.
