Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, characterized by power ratings considerably higher than most belts with similar construction available on the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, they are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be used due to their smaller heights.
